With a Danish mother and English father, Patrick Byrne is no stranger to accents. And as an avid language learner, he knows firsthand the challenges of speaking a second language. He is an experienced speech-language pathologist with an extensive background in helping people communicate better. His master’s degree in speech science from UBC has provided him with comprehensive training in speech analysis and a solid understanding of sound production. Patrick is certified with Speech-Language Audiology Canada and the College of Speech and Hearing Professionals of BC. He has served a diverse clientele in both public health and private practice. Additionally, Patrick has worked as a certified ESL instructor, and has taught English in the United States, Canada, and overseas.
